Senior HR Advisor / BP, £35-40k Co Tyrone Leading activities for a specific site, duties will include; Providing day to day HR advice, guidance and support to site staff (90) Liaising and supporting line management & supervisors Overseeing recruitment activities for the site On-boarding, HR orientations & probations reviews Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures HR reporting as required for weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
