Job Overview
As an Account Manager for LKQ Leisure and Marine, you will be specifically accountable for delivering exceptional customer service across our business network’s existing and a potential customer base, while maximising profitable. As an industry expert you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships in your targeted territory.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver LKQ Leisure and Marine’s propositions to grow sales across all product categories
• Creating strong leads and opportunities for all of LKQ Leisure and Marine channels, ensuring compliance across all marketing and promotional activity internally and externally
• Identifying and developing existing, lapsed and new business opportunities within specific geographical areas
• Conducting customer account reviews on a regular basis, with a focus on monthly spend, margin, credits, terms, maximising key product group opportunities and potential spend
• Develop positive and professional working relationships with key internal stakeholders while maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the L&M aftermarket
• Participate in regional business specific customer events
• Attend national and local training events
• Visibly promote LKQ group values and act as an ambassador for the organisation
Skills and Experience
• Having a customer focused mindset ensuring the customer is at the heart of everything we do
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Have a “right first time” and committed attitude
• Proven effective planning and organisational skills
• Self-critical and challenging of the status quo
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Point
• Proven effective communication skills, a confident cross-functional communicator with the ability to influence
