Job Description
A successful family owned building company specialising in insurance repairs are seeking a Bathroom Fitter / Tiler to join their team working across the North East due to increase in volume of work through long term clients.
As the Bathroom Fitter / Tiler you will:
* Complete primarily domestic insurance repair works as per the job card instructions.
* Complete works to a high standard efficiently, maintaining health and safety on site, liaising with other trades and customer satisfaction.
* Remove bathrooms.
* Plumb and instal new bathroom suites.
* Carry out Tiling, Pipework, Joinery work.
We are looking for a Bathroom Fitter / Tiler with the following:
* Demonstrable proven track record in a similar role working in occupied domestic environment.
* Experience in installation / removal of bathrooms.
* Tiling experience.
* Pipework experience.
* 1st and 2nd fix joinery experience.
* Professional and be able to self manage.
* The ability to hit deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Able to demonstrate the ability to work as a team and excellent communication skills.
In return you will receive a negotiable salary of £35,500 per annum (40 hour week) plus overtime at time and a half, company pension and company van.
