About the Role
This is an entry-level, performance-first role designed for someone who lives for the chase.
You’ll generate leads, qualify real opportunities, and build your outbound pipeline using tools like Barbour ABI, LinkedIn, and direct outreach.
You’ll be responsible for making calls, opening doors, and driving deals, with training from the MD and Sales Director and a clear path to promotion into Regional Sales Manager or BD Manager roles.
Key Responsibilities
* Build outbound pipelines — fabricators, developers, contractors
* Meet daily/weekly outreach targets: calls, emails, connections
* Book meetings and generate 3–5 strong leads per week
* Use ABI, LinkedIn, CRM, and cold outreach to fill the funnel
* Collaborate on quotes and track progress through CRM (Capsule)
* Manage prospects from first contact to conversion
Compensation & Growth Path
Base Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 depending on experience
Commission: 8% of net margin on self-generated deals; 4–5% on company-supplied leads
Quarterly Bonus: £500 – £750 for meeting/exceeding activity and conversion targets
Loyalty Bonus: £1,500 after 12 months if targets and conduct benchmarks are met
Year 1 OTE: £38,000 – £50,000+ with uncapped earning potential
What We’re Looking For
* 1–3 years of sales, telesales, or cold outreach experience (B2B preferred)
* Confident with cold calls, follow-ups, and LinkedIn prospecting
* Highly driven, target-focused, and not afraid of rejection
* Comfortable working solo, tracking progress, and learning quickly
* Curious about construction – training provided
