The Role
As an Aftercare Administrator, you'll be the reassuring voice our customers rely on after their vehicle repair. You'll manage post-repair queries, resolve concerns professionally and ensure every customer feels supported, listened to and confident in the quality of our work.
This is a varied, fast-paced role where your organisational skills, attention to detail and empathy will make a real difference every day.
What You'll Be Doing
* Acting as the main point of contact for customers following repair completion
* Managing and resolving aftercare queries, concerns and warranty issues
* Liaising with bodyshop teams, quality control and management to investigate and resolve cases
* Accurately logging and tracking aftercare cases using internal systems
* Communicating with insurers and third parties where required
* Identifying trends and feeding back insights to help improve quality and customer experience
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in customer service or administration
* Confident, professional communicator with a calm and empathetic approach
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable using computer systems and managing multiple tasks
* A team player with a positive, solutions-focused mindset
* Experience within automotive, accident repair or insurance is desirable, but not essential — full training will be provided for the right person.
Why Join Steer Automotive Group?
* Be part of a growing, respected accident repair business
* Work in a supportive team where your contribution genuinely matters
* Opportunity to develop your skills and progress within the Group
* A role that blends administration, customer care and problem-solving
