* Degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, including site investigation, analysis, design, and project management
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in geotechnical software (e.g., GeoStudio, PLAXIS, SLOPE/W, etc.) and CAD tools. Strong understanding of soil mechanics, foundation design, and ground improvement techniques
* Demonstrable experience of working with the Design Team Leaders, Principal Designer and Discipline Manager(s) to deliver designs for UK projects within the Geotechnical discipline
* Experience of Site investigations, analysis and design
* Strong background in CDM / health and safety practices
* Liaise with the Client and our Community partners to ensure solutions that are developed are suitable for buildability and maintainability
* Experience of stakeholder engagement and collaboration between disciplines
* Experience of working with DMRB and all relevant technical standards
* Experience of developing, and providing guidance to, less experienced staff
* Experience of checking designs, design reports and other technical documents
* Experience of checking design calculations
* Strong commercial acumen and ability manage programmes
