Are you an experienced Legal Secretary looking to join a supportive, professional firm where you ll feel genuinely valued?
We re working with a highly respected local law firm who are looking to add a bright, organised Conveyancing Secretary to their friendly team.
You ll be supporting a busy conveyancing department with a range of secretarial and administrative duties helping to ensure that property transactions progress smoothly from instruction to completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing secretarial and administrative support to the conveyancing team
* Preparing and typing correspondence, contracts and other legal documents
* Managing diaries, booking appointments and handling client calls
* Opening, closing and archiving client files
* Liaising with clients, estate agents and other solicitors to progress matters
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with internal procedures
What We re Looking For
* Previous experience within a residential conveyancing or broader legal secretarial role
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* A confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
* A positive attitude and team-focused approach
