DEA & Stock Condition Surveyor\n\nLocation: Newcastle upon Tyne\nContract Type: Freelance / Contract\nStart: Immediate\n\nRole Overview\n\nWe are appointing experienced Domestic Energy Assessors (DEA) with stock condition surveying experience to support a long-term residential surveying programme across Newcastle and the surrounding areas.\n\nThe role involves completing EPCs and stock condition surveys across a mixed residential portfolio, with surveyors paid per completed survey.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * \n\n Complete Domestic Energy Assessments (EPCs)\n\n * \n\n Carry out residential stock condition surveys\n\n * \n\n Assess building fabric, components, and services\n\n * \n\n Identify defects and lifecycle condition\n\n * \n\n Capture survey data digitally using handheld devices\n\n * \n\n Take supporting photographic evidence\n\n * \n\n Work to agreed daily productivity targets\n\n * \n\n Follow safeguarding and access procedures\n\n * \n\n Ensure all surveys meet audit and quality standards\n\nRequirements\n\n * \n\n Qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA)\n\n * \n\n Experience completing stock condition surveys\n\n * \n\n Good understanding of residential construction\n\n * \n\n Confident using digital survey software\n\n * \n\n Enhanced DBS (valid and up to date)\n\n * \n\n Full UK driving licence and ow...
