Main duties of the job Be an integral member of the Pharmacy Electronic Prescribing and Medicines Administration (ePMA) team that will implement a new ePMA system in the Health Board. Support the ongoing configuration, implementation and optimisation of the ePMA system. Deliver training and provide support to pharmacy and multi-disciplinary clinical staff during the implementation phase to ensure the safe and effective use of the ePMA system. Liaise directly with ePMA end users on queries such as system training requirements and troubleshooting. Act as a role model for pharmacy staff on all ePMA related activities.
