We're looking for a driven Service Manager / Aftersales Manager to lead our Hyundai/Mazda dealership in Oxford.
Responsibilities
* Leading, managing, and developing the workshop, service, and parts teams
* Driving performance through effective planning, forecasting, and target delivery
* Increasing workshop utilisation, productivity, and overall efficiency
* Managing departmental budgets and driving profitability
* Working closely with the Head of Business and senior team to improve overall site performance
* Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and adherence to brand standards
Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Service Manager or Assistant Aftersales Manager
* Proven track record of delivering strong financial and operational performance
* A results‑driven leader with the ability to motivate and develop high‑performing teams
* Strong commercial awareness and experience managing budgets and KPIs
* Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
* Automotive / motor trade experience
