7:00am - 4:00pm | Monday to Friday
Driver Hire Edinburgh City are recruiting an Adhoc Administrator / Customer Support Assistant for a local roofing business based in North Edinburgh.
This role is based in a small shop/office environment, so we're looking for someone friendly, confident, and happy to be the welcoming face (and voice!) of the business.
What you'll be doing:
* Answering incoming phone calls
* Greeting and serving customers who pop into the shop
* Taking messages and passing on enquiries
* Helping keep the office running smoothly day to day
No roofing knowledge needed - just a positive attitude and great people skills!
What we're looking for:
* Someone reliable and approachable
* Confident speaking to customers face-to-face and on the phone
* Happy working independently in a small office setting
* Previous admin or customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential
