Mechanical Site Manager Location: Windsor Rate: £400 - £450 per day Start: ASAP Duration: Long-term project Project Overview We are looking for a Mechanical Site Manager to lead an upgrade project on a water treatment plant in Windsor. This is a long-term contract focusing on the installation and delivery of mechanical pumping stations. We need an established manager from a strong mechanical engineering background who can take full ownership of the mechanical packages, manage the site safely, and drive subcontractor performance from day one. Key Responsibilities Site Leadership: Take full operational responsibility for the mechanical delivery, managing the day-to-day program on the water treatment plant. Subcontractor Management: Lead, coordinate, and hold accountable the mechanical subcontractors on site to ensure milestones are met. Installation Oversight: Manage the delivery and installation of mechanical pumping stations, heavy pipework, and associated plant. Health & Safety: Enforce site safety rules, review and implement RAMS, and maintain a safe working environment.
