What You’ll Do: Develop and deliver a comprehensive marketing strategy alongside the Senior Leadership Team Create and manage engaging content across print, digital and social media channels Oversee day-to-day website management and ensure all content is accurate, timely and on-brand Work closely with staff and pupils to produce news stories and promotional material Coordinate marketing campaigns and materials with external agencies and suppliers Promote school events such as Open Days and exhibitions and attend external promotional events Lead the production of newsletters, the school magazine and press articles Monitor and analyse marketing performance, providing insights and regular reports Conduct market research and gather feedback from parents and prospective families Build and maintain strong relationships with local organisations Be an integral part of the school community, actively involved in daily life and school events What You Bring: Minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing, ideally in an educational environment A strong understanding of marketing communication strategies and digital platforms Exceptional copywriting, editing and storytelling skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure Strong attention to detail and a creative approach to content creation Proficiency in CMS platforms, social media management and Microsoft Office A proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively Personal Profile: Confident communicator and relationship-builder at all levels Proactive A keen eye for design and brand consistency Passionate about education and promoting a positive image of the school Enthusiastic team player who thrives in a busy, people-focused environment Flexible, approachable and committed to excellence Salary & Benefits: £24,229 Part-time role based on 23 hours per week Term time only Permanent role On-site parking Free lunches Pension contribution Access to excellent facilities in a beautiful countryside setting Be part of a supportive, energetic team with a shared vision Based on the outskirts of Horsham Due to the location, please note you must have access to your own transport.
