What you will be doing: Lead engagements by meeting client needs with a sense of urgency. Develop recommendations and maintain client relationships by balancing client needs with other assignments and deadlines. Provide proactive advice based on knowledge of tax law, particularly within the private wealth and high-net-worth group. Demonstrate initiative to creatively solve issues in collaboration with the lead. Leverage technology to automate both internal and client processes to improve efficiency. Act as a mentor to younger staff and work directly with Senior Managers and Partners. Experience you will need: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or other relevant discipline. 7 years of tax experience in public accounting, with 1 years in a senior managerial role preferred. CPA-certified and active license. Expertise in management of Individual, Gift, Estate, and Trust income tax compliance and providing knowledgeable review of complex returns. Background and experience managing and actively providing advisory and tax solutions to clients. Feels empowered to provide solutions and ideas. Values professional development.
