Casual Supply Teachers – Selby Flexible Working Days – Term-time Only – Primary Schools Are you a qualified Primary Teacher looking for a bit more flexibility to fit around your commitments? Or maybe you're after extra work alongside your current part-time role? If you're enthusiastic about classroom learning and love seeing children thrive, we might just have the right role for you. Right Education are working with a number of schools in Selby (and nearby areas) who rely on us for day-to-day, planned, and long-term cover. We need Primary Teachers across EYFS (Early Years), KS1 (Key Stage 1), and KS2 (Key Stage 2), who can offer availability in their chosen key stage. You’ll need: • UK Primary QTS—or a recognised equivalent • Experience in your chosen key stage • The ability to establish calm, consistent boundaries in a new classroom, following school behaviour policies • A reliable, positive attitude—someone schools can trust and value • A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) Just because the work is ad-hoc doesn’t mean we don’t see the value you bring to the classroom. We only work with skilled educators who are passionate about their role… whatever their circumstances, and we only work with schools that value and welcome our staff. In return, we offer: • Competitive weekly pay through PAYE (or umbrella, if preferred) • Supportive, well-run schools with welcoming staff • A dedicated consultant who’s always available and genuinely interested in what you bring • Consistent support—whatever that looks like for you • Flexibility to work when it suits you, in the areas you choose This is a brilliant fit for someone who wants variety, freedom, and a role where you’re genuinely valued. Whether you're newly qualified, returning to teaching, or simply looking for schools that feel right—we’d love to hear from you. At Right Education, we’re all about putting people first. We only work with schools that respect supply staff, and we always go the extra mile to make sure you feel listened to, supported, and paid fairly. Supply work that works for you. Let’s find your next teaching role—with support, flexibility, and people who genuinely care.
