Dual Nursery Manager (Joint Nursery Manager)
Busy Bees Nurseries, the UK’s leading nursery group, is looking for an inspiring Dual Nursery Manager to co‑lead our 140‑place nursery in Walthamstow. The role involves managing a high‑occupancy setting, guiding a dedicated team, and delivering outstanding early years care.
Key Responsibilities

About You
* Passionate and ambitious early years leader focused on high standards of childcare and education.
* Resourceful, commercially minded with strong leadership and excellent communication skills.
* Organisationally strong with keen attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload.
Qualifications and Experience
* NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, or NVQ Level 3.
* Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager.
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* Focus on delivering high‑quality childcare and early education.
