At Inclusion IQ, we've been asked to help find a Senior Account Manager for a client we know and respect deeply. They are a specialist digital advertising agency based in Belfast that has quietly become one of the most respected names in the UK, winning multiple awards for their work in PPC and Paid Media.

International Reach: You will lead the strategy for a portfolio of strong, established businesses and international brands. These are ambitious clients with significant budgets who value sophisticated, data-led advertising.

Quality over Quantity: You won't be spread thin across dozens of small accounts. You'll manage a focused portfolio of high-calibre businesses, giving you the time actually to deliver excellence.

True Autonomy: You will have the space to manage your own desk and make high-level strategic decisions without being micro-managed.

The Role

This is a senior-level position that offers something often missing in larger agencies: genuine autonomy. You will lead the relationship with a portfolio of key clients, acting as their strategic partner. These are businesses that value straight-talking, expert advice, and they will look to you to guide their digital growth.

* Strategic Lead: You'll have the freedom to design and oversee long-term strategies across Paid Search and Social. You aren't just "managing" accounts; you are responsible for their success and evolution.

* Direct Client Partnership: You'll be the senior face of the agency, building trust with clients through clear, honest communication.

* Full Autonomy: We believe in hiring experts and letting them lead. You'll have the space to manage your own desk and make strategic decisions without being micromanaged.

* Mentorship: As a senior member of the team, you'll naturally help support and develop the more junior executives, fostering the friendly, collaborative atmosphere the agency is known for.

The Person

* 5+ Years' Experience: You have a proven track record in Account Management, ideally within an agency environment, managing high-stakes client portfolios.

* Deep, hands-on experience in paid advertising across all social channels (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and a strong understanding of the PPC landscape.

* You are highly proficient in Google Analytics and Looker Studio, with the ability to build meaningful reports that tell a story beyond just the numbers.

* You value transparency, honesty, and professional integrity. You're looking for a workplace that is warm and collaborative rather than corporate and cold.
