Coded Welder Wanted – Job AdvertPosition: Coded Welder?Location: Blackpool ?Job Type: Full-time – PermanentSalary: £34,476.00 - £38,532.00 DOE.Shift: Monday – Thursday 07:00 – 15:00Friday 07:00 – 14:00.39 hours a weekWe are looking for an experienced Coded Welder to join our growing team working on industrial and commercial projects. The successful candidate must be skilled in high-quality welding and able to work to strict safety and technical standards.ResponsibilitiesCarry out MIG, TIG, and/or MMA welding to coded standards EN1090Read and interpret engineering drawings and fabrication plansPerform welding inspections and quality checksWork on structural steel, pipework, or pressure systemsMaintain a safe and clean working environmentMeet project deadlines while maintaining high workmanship standardsRequirementsValid welding coding's/certifications (e.g. ASME, BS EN ISO, or equivalent)Proven experience as a coded welderAbility to read technical drawingsAble to weld 25mm/30mm.Perform Butt & Rotational welding.Strong attention to detail and safety awarenessAbility to work independently and as part of a teamThis role is suited for a Coded Welder Fabricator who's worked in an engineering environment and has worked on heavy steel construction structures.
You'll need to weld/fabricate and be able to perform both MIG and TIG welding.
