Job Title: Traffic Marshal
Location: Gravesend, UK
About Us: A leading construction company dedicated to delivering high-quality projects are currently seeking a diligent and experienced Traffic Marshal to join their team in Gravesend. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of traffic and pedestrian safety at our construction sites.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Directing traffic safely around the construction site.
2. Ensuring the safety of pedestrians and vehicles.
3. Managing vehicle access to the site, including deliveries and personnel.
4. Communicating effectively with site personnel and visitors.
5. Assisting with the implementation of traffic management plans.
6. Responding promptly to any traffic-related incidents or emergencies.
Requirements:
7. Valid CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card.
8. Traffic Marshal ticket or equivalent certification.
9. Prior experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
11. Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
12. Understanding of health and safety regulations related to traffic management.
