Finance Manager Position - Lancaster Area
A privately owned SME in the Lancaster area is growing rapidly and is now looking to appoint a new finance lead. This newly created role will work closely with the Managing Director and take ownership of all financial activities within the business.

Your Responsibilities:
* Line management of 1 Accounts Assistant
* Overseeing accounts payable and receivable
* Month-end reporting and management accounts
* VAT returns
* Budgets and forecasts
* Payroll processing
* Credit control
* Stakeholder communication
* Review and improve systems and processes
Qualifications & Experience:
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar finance role, with familiarity with Sage 50 or Xero being advantageous. Staff management skills and effective communication with stakeholders are essential.
