Job Title:M&E Commercial Lead
Location:Northampton or Cambridge
Salary: Up to£70,000 depending on experience

A national M&E Contractor are looking for a motivated M&E Commercial Lead to join their expanding team in Northampton or Cambridge. The company provides M&E services to a wide range of clients and businesses across a multitude of sectors including Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Defence and MOJ. These projects are typically valued up to £10M.
The successful candidate will ensure projects are commercially controlled and delivered in line with the clients requirements to the companys high standards. You will be expected to optimise financial aspects of the projects through cost management, monitoring and control over several multi-disciplined projects simultaneously, whilst providing commercial support working closely with the Project Managers.
As the M&E Commercial Lead, you will have the following responsibilities:
1. Preparing, managing and reviewing cost estimates, budgets and bills of quantities.
2. Negotiating and preparing Sub-Contract order documents.
3. Valuing and raising monthly Sub-Contract payment notifications/pay less notices.
4. Oversee credit control on projects.
