This setting based in Amersham are looking for a room leader to join their team.
Job role: Leading a team of staff, to care for and develop children in your room ensuring high quality experiences.
Qualifications:
* Level 3 or above Childcare Qualification
* Current First Aid Certificate (for young children/adults)
* Current Safeguarding Children Certificate
Experience:
* Minimum of three years experience of caring for babies/young children, ensuring good, appropriate behaviour and offering high quality provision, care and delivering high standards of learning and development.
* Experience of effective delivery of the EYFS.
* Experience of the Ofsted inspection process.
* Experience of working with and/or leading other adults in a team.
* Experience of developing staff/giving training/running staff supervision.
Salary: £23,738 based on 41.5 hours a week
