What You Will Do
* Provide high-quality and effective services to children, young people, and families in need.
* Deliver effective and high-quality safeguarding solutions for children and young people at risk of harm.
* Support and challenge schools to promote the best outcomes possible for children and students.
* Ensure the council acts as an effective and ambitious Corporate Parent to children and young people in its care.
* Develop and implement strategic commissioning for children and adults, collaborating effectively with partners to secure positive outcomes.
* Deliver services that offer good value for money, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
* Support the discharge of statutory functions of the Director of Children’s Services in conjunction with the Lead Member.
