Job Description: We are seeking a talented Mechanical Manager to join a successful and rapidly expanding main contractor. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a £50m (build cost) internal fit out of a large single dwelling in Loughton. The Mechanical Manager's role involves managing and administering specialist subcontractors, supervising, coordinating, and planning the works on site, reviewing contractor design elements, and ensuring that the project deliverables are achieved with regard to safety, quality, programme, and cost.
