This role requires a dynamic and detail-oriented individual who can manage a wide range of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and training. The ideal candidate will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace environment while ensuring adherence to organizational policies and employment regulations.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee general administrative tasks, including the development and implementation of HR policies, preparation of reports, and monitoring budgets.
• Collaborate with team leaders to identify staffing needs and execute full-cycle recruitment processes, from job postings to onboarding.
• Promote a positive work culture by addressing employee concerns, managing performance reviews, and handling disciplinary actions.
• Administer compensation programs, including payroll, salary adjustments, and benefits enrollment.
• Design and facilitate training programs to support employee development and ensure compliance with state licensing and accreditation standards.
• Ensure HR practices align with legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate employee records and addressing compliance issues.
• Partner with local organizations to create internship opportunities and build community relationships.
• Manage HR systems and tools to streamline processes and support effective decision-making.
• Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related matters and contribute to employee engagement initiatives.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources, with expertise in areas such as recruitment, compliance, and benefits administration.
• Proficiency in HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now and Paylocity.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including FMLA.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion.
• Experience managing payroll processes and ensuring accurate compensation.
• Skilled in onboarding and offboarding procedures, as well as full-cycle recruiting.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to effectively manage multiple HR functions.
