Join Us as a Shift Manager
Be part of a team that prioritizes our customers. As a Shift Manager, you'll oversee the shop in the absence of the Manager, motivate the team, and ensure they have what they need to excel. We serve customers across various channels including in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect, and drive-thru. Your role will be to ensure customers have a brilliant experience, whether in-store or online.
During a typical shift, you can expect to:
1. Inspire the team to deliver excellent results and uphold high standards
2. Lead by example and serve customers promptly and courteously
3. Prepare products, including sandwiches and managing ovens
4. Maintain fully stocked displays with a variety of options
5. Keep the shop clean, tidy, and presentable

About You
You should be reliable, have natural leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
