Key Responsibilit
* ies:Conduct high-risk financial crime investigations on business and customer accounts, identifying and escalating suspicious activ
* ity.Review and recommend Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) for submission to relevant regulatory authorit
* ies.Assess and approve onboarding of new customers, ensuring compliance with AML and regulatory standa
* rds.Perform ongoing due diligence on high-risk accounts to proactively identify and mitigate potential financial crime ri
* sks.Provide financial crime expertise and guidance to operational teams, supporting consistent and effective compliance practices across the organisat
ion.
Essential Skills & Experi
* ence:Fluent in Italian and English (written and sp
* oken)Previous experience in investigating high-risk customers and making informed, risk-based decisions within regulated financial serv
* ices.Experience of financial crime risks and regulations in the UK an
* d EU.Strong time management and prioritisation skills in fast-moving and high pressured environm
