OBJECTIVETo manage the demand management interface on behalf of Supply Chain, ensuring that customers maintain appropriate levels of inventory, obtain customer requirements and fulfilment of their orders and work closely with supply planners, International Sales, Finance and third-party suppliers.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Manage the key operational interactions with all markets.
2. Obtain confirmed PO’s from customers to meet forecasted requirements
3. Plan, co-ordinate and monitor the end-to-end supply chain, including raw materials, packaging and finished goods and accessories from third-party manufacturers.
4. Use of SAP, through the maintenance and review of our planning parameters, turning purchase requisitions into purchase orders.
5. Negotiate with suppliers inventory management related parameters; safety stocks, minimum order quantities and lead times as required.
6. Manage new product introductions, packaging changes and customer demands, ensuring volumes and requirements aremunicated across the business.
7. Take account of agreed performance levels
8. Produce regular KPI reporting across supplier performance.
PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONThis role will mainly be office-based. HYBRID 3 DAYS IN THE OFFICE (READING), 2 DAYS WORKING FROM HOME
