Principal Mechanical Engineer roles and responsibilities * Lead the design, specification, and delivery of mechanical engineering solutions across projects and proposals. * Manage and supervise Mechanical Engineers, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to project timelines. * Produce and review technical documentation including specifications, calculations, drawings, and reports. * Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure efficient project delivery. * Oversee procurement activities including requisitions, technical evaluations, and supplier engagement. * Drive the development and implementation of company-wide engineering standards, procedures, and quality assurance processes. * Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and support to engineering teams, including training and development. * Participate in site visits, testing, commissioning, and client meetings as required.
