Responsibilities
* Utilize your hand therapy expertise to undertake advanced assessment and treatment of patients, managing complex or chronic presentations and working autonomously.
* Design, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment programmes, liaising with GPs, Consultants, and other Therapies to ensure comprehensive patient care.
* Play a vital role in the planning and evaluation of the Hand Therapy service, contributing to its ongoing development.
* Commit to your personal and professional growth by pursuing continuous education and driving team development initiatives that advance patient care.
Requirements
* Must be registered with the HCPC.
* A minimum of two years’ experience in hand therapy is essential.
* A driving license is preferable to reach our various sites efficiently.
