Governance Support Manager - Admin, Armagh
This role is based in Armagh, United Kingdom, and is with Staffline Group PLC. The position involves supporting the Governance Manager and Assistant Governance Managers within the Performance, Safety and Service Improvement Directorate.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage administrative processes supporting the Governance Framework.
* Monitor and follow up on Serious Adverse Incidents (SAIs) in line with reporting procedures.
* Support Quality and Safety Experience Group (QSE) and Safety and Quality Alerts Team (SQAT).
Hours of Work: per week
Requirements:
Essential Criteria:
* University degree or relevant professional qualification plus 1 year clerical/administrative experience, OR 3 years' experience in a similar role.
* Minimum of 12 months staff management experience.
* Valid UK full driving licence and access to a car, unless disabled, with approved alternative transport.
Desirable Criteria:
* Knowledge of DATIX risk management software.
* Experience with Quality and Safety processes in the HSC setting.
* Experience with project management methodologies like PRINCE2.
Pay Rate: £ per hour
