A leading organisation within thewater and environmental sectoris seeking a commercially drivenChannel Development Managerto lead the growth of its global distributor network.
This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with strong international experience in channel partner development to join a company with ambitious growth plans and a mission-driven culture. You’ll be responsible for driving partner performance, expanding market reach, and improving brand visibility across key regions.
This role is easily commutable from locations across the West Midlands and Worcestershire, including Solihull, Sutton Coldfield, Walsall, Wolverhampton, West Bromwich, Dudley, Stourbridge, Halesowen, and Smethwick, as well as Redditch, Bromsgrove, Droitwich Spa, Kidderminster, and surrounding areas.
Role Overview
As Channel Development Manager, you’ll take ownership of developing and managing a high-performing network of distribution partners. Your responsibilities will include identifying and onboarding new distributors, building strategic partnerships, and aligning channel performance with wider business goals.
You’ll also provide ongoing support and training to partners, optimise distribution agreements, manage channel conflicts where necessary, and monitor key performance metrics to drive revenue growth and ensure successful market penetration across multiple international regions.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience ininternational channel or distributor management, particularly in theUK, Europe, Middle East, and Australia.
* Strong ability to work totargets and deadlinesin a fast-paced commercial environment
* Confident in evaluating, onboarding, and managing channel partners based on clear criteria
* Strategic mindset with an understanding ofpartner development and performance tracking
* Working knowledge or experience in thewater industryorenvironmental solutionsis highly preferred
* Willing and able to travel for distributor visits and market support
* Comfortable working as ahybrid professional, balancing autonomy with collaboration
* Comfortable with Overseas travel on occasion to meet with distribution partners
