Role Overview
As a part of the Retail Management team, you will support the daily operations of designated stores within a specific area. You will take ownership of various duties, ensure store KPIs are met, and in the manager's absence, act as the first point of contact. Your role involves motivating staff, driving sales, and providing exceptional customer service to exceed targets and uphold business standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide considerate and responsible service to customers throughout their visit.
2. Handle inquiries and complaints professionally, resolving issues promptly.
3. Maintain personal appearance and dress standards per company guidelines.
4. Understand and utilize Customer Service measurement programs and surveys.
5. Achieve and aim to surpass sales targets.
6. Interpret Oracle reports effectively.
7. Use in-store devices actively to drive sales.
8. Analyze store data such as Footfall, ATV, and Conversion using dashboards.
9. Engage customers with visual merchandising techniques.
10. Implement weekly briefs and ensure merchandise is correctly priced and displayed.
11. Keep stock displays clean and presentable at all times.
Training & Development
1. Develop staff and promote internal career progression.
2. Monitor training progress and staff assessments.
3. Assist with recruitment, inductions, and training of new staff.
4. Prioritize management development via the Trainee Management Academy.
Skills, Experience, and Knowledge
1. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
3. Willingness to travel.
