Legal Assistant – Residential Property Emsworth Full Time - office based I am looking for a proactive and detail-focused Legal Assistant to join a Residential Property team based in Emsworth. This role involves supporting the conveyancing process from initial client inquiries through to post-completion work. You will provide vital administrative and legal support to a fee earner and contribute to the smooth operation of the Residential Property department. This is a fast-paced, varied role that requires excellent organisation and communication skills. Key Responsibilities * Preparing and issuing client quotations. * Following up on quotations to gather feedback or secure instructions. * Opening and setting up new client files. * Reviewing completed title registration documents. * Drafting post-registration reports for clients and lenders. * Keeping clients, estate agents, and solicitors updated throughout transactions. * Matching incoming correspondence with the relevant case files. * Liaising regularly with the fee earner to coordinate tasks and resolve queries. * Handling any additional tasks reasonably requested as part of your role.
