A fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional to join a leading national law firm as their Recruitment Manager. This role will be responsible for managing and delivering all aspects of the trainee, legal and business services recruitment processes for the firm, from engagement to onboarding and induction.
Responsibilities will include:
Lateral Recruitment
* Provide high quality, proactive advice, guidance and recommendations to the key business stakeholders on attraction, recruitment, assessment and selection processes to achieve timely and cost-effective recruitment of individuals from high quality and diverse talent pools.
* Manage legal and business services recruitment through the entire lifecycle, including permanent and fixed term hires
* Develop and implement recruitment initiatives which support and progress the firm’s diversity and inclusion aims
* Drive direct sourcing through various platforms and tools, including head hunting, LinkedIn, market mapping and promotion of the internal referral scheme to ensure we are seeing the widest possible talent pools
Skills and Experience Required
* Be highly knowledgeable and experienced in recruitment in the legal sector, or wider professional services
* Have good interpersonal skills and the ability to converse and build relationships with senior leaders of the business to engage and gain credibility
* Discretion and sensitivity in relation to confidential information
* Highly organised and excellent attention to detail
* Ability to manage own workload, prioritise tasks and work under pressure
* A positive and proactive attitude
