Job title: Senior Property Disputes Solicitor • Location: Brighton • Salary: £65k-£80k - depending on experience • PQE Level: 5+ • Contract Type: Permanent • Working Hours: Full-time
An established and respected law firm on the South Coast is looking to appoint a Senior Solicitor to join its growing Property Disputes practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with a lead partner in expanding the firm's contentious property offering, combining hands-on casework with strategic involvement in shaping the team's future.
Responsibilities
* Handle a broad range of property litigation matters.
* Contribute to wider business development, team building, and recruitment.
* Play a pivotal role in driving the growth of the practice and have the autonomy to influence its direction.
* Collaborate with the lead partner to shape the team's future and provide high-quality client service.
Requirements
* Qualified solicitor with 5+ years' PQE (or equivalent) in property disputes
* Experience handling contentious property matters and strong litigation skills
* Location: Brighton or willingness to relocate as applicable
* Full-time, permanent role with opportunities for progression
