Your main responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
* Act as main point of contact for a range of clients regarding immigration queries
* Provide advice to corporations on the Skilled Worker/Global Mobility visa category and act as a Level 1 User on the Sponsor Management System
* Visit client sites to provide training and undertake audits on immigration compliance and employment law implications
* Supervise junior team members
* Actively participate in business development, driving new firm initiatives
You will be a:
* Qualified Solicitor with strong experience in UK corporate immigration law at 5 year PQE+.
* A proven track record in developing commercial solutions for clients.
* Ability to build strong client relationships is also key as you will provide a main point of contact service to a range of high profile clients.
* Business development skills will also be desirable in helping advise on the client service strategy for the department.
