PRODUCTION OPERATIVE | CHICHESTER | SHIFT ALLOWANCE
Due to continued growth and increased demand for our products, we are expanding our team and looking for Production Operatives to join us at Natures Way Foods. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a fast-paced, forward-thinking organisation where our people are at the heart of what we do. As a Production Operative, you will play a vital role in supporting our expanding production lines, ensuring our fresh, high-quality food products are produced safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards for our retail customers.
Shift pattern
We run a consistent 28-day rolling shift pattern working both day and night shifts 7–7.
1. Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
2. Week 2: Wednesday and Thursday
3. Then it repeats – 14 working days every 28 days, giving you a mix of full rest days and extended breaks.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities:
12. Working on our food production lines, preparing various fresh produce for labeling
13. Chopping and preparing fresh produce
14. Picking and packing products
15. Loading and unloading product onto the production lines
16. Operating specialised machinery
Qualifications
Requirements/What we're looking for
17. Strong attention to detail
18. An ability to work in a fast-paced environment
19. Can work under pressure and to hard deadlines
20. Basic numeracy and literacy skills
21. A dynamic and flexible attitude and can solve problems

23. Willing an open to learning new things
24. No experience is required as we provide full training initially to get you started and further ongoing training to progress your career with us.
