Youll lead a finance team, drive process improvements, and act as the steady financial voice in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a finance team of four, ensuring accuracy, accountability and performance Full ownership of management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations and month-end processes Maintain and improve cashflow tracking, forecasting, and working capital discipline Oversee intercompany and group reconciliations, ensuring ledgers are clean and aligned Support decision-making on asset management, capital spend and financial controls Drive finance process improvements and support upcoming system upgrades/migrations Be a proactive partner to operations,understanding commercial drivers, not just numbers About You Proven experience as a Finance Manager or senior finance lead within an SME environment Strong knowledge of Sage 50 (essential) and excellent Excel capability Comfortable managing complexity,group accounts, reconciliations, cash, capex Confident leading a team, setting standards, and managing day-to-day activites.
