As a Sales Development Executive at Despatch Cloud, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating and qualifying leads through outbound activity and converting them into sales opportunities. Your role will be pivotal in expanding our client base and promoting our innovative e-commerce solutions. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1. Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to potential UK based clients via telephone to introduce Despatch Cloud's products and services, identify their needs, and qualify them as sales opportunities.
2. Sales Pitch: Effectively communicate the value proposition of Despatch Cloud's solutions to prospects, highlighting key features and benefits that address their specific pain points and requirements.
3. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, understanding their business objectives and challenges to position Despatch Cloud as a trusted partner in their e-commerce journey.
