We are working with a school who are recruiting for a dedicated Attendance & Welfare Officer to join a large, high-performing secondary academy in Birmingham. This is a full-time position starting in April 2026, initially on a temporary basis with a view to a permanent contract for the right candidate. The successful applicant will lead on improving school attendance figures, conducting home visits, and working closely with families to overcome barriers to learning.
