We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Finance Business Analyst to join our Technology Transformation Enablement team. The team has a major pipeline of projects and programmes, and this is a key new role supporting the financial evaluation of projects.
We need a candidate with a Finance/Accounting background to be successful in this role. You will support the identification and securing of long-term benefits to CTO, VMO2, and our Customers. Helping to ensure prioritisation of areas for transformation. Empowering Technology Transformation to cultivate a culture of objective decision making. Driving optimisation of ROI and the Customer Experience, along with necessary changes to meet future Network demands.
You will work alongside operations and wider VMO2 teams to ensure all month-end requirements and FP&A activities are completed on schedule.

Must haves
* Significant experience as a Business Analyst in a complex organisation
* CIMA / ACCA / ICAEW or equivalent finance/accounting experience
* Experience supporting programmes and BAU activities in large corporate organisations
* Experience designing and implementing processes and procedures
* Experience forecasting financial impacts and scenario analysis
* An innovative mindset for continuous improvement
Additional qualities
* High accuracy and attention to detail
* Integrity, dependability, flexibility, and a results-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency with MS Office; knowledge of Tableau is a plus
