🍴 Your Role
As Chef de Partie, you'll take charge of a section of the kitchen, working alongside our Sous Chef and Head Chef to prepare a diverse and delicious menu. You'll ensure food is cooked to perfection, hygiene standards are met, and service runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and present high-quality dishes across a varied menu
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all food prep areas
* Minimise food waste and support stock rotation
* Collaborate with the kitchen team for efficient service
* Operate kitchen equipment safely and report any issues
* Complete documentation and uphold company standards
* Contribute to team meetings and training sessions
