What we are looking for in you
YMCA Dulverton Group are looking for someone to assist the management team on shift whilst ensuring great customer service. You will be a motivated individual with the ability to work well as a team to provide a high‑standard service. You will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, alongside an excellent attendance and punctuality record. We are looking for someone with some experience in hospitality or a customer‑facing role, or a willingness to learn and undergo training.
As a General Assistant, your duties and responsibilities include greeting guests and customers, providing outstanding guest services throughout their stay, multi‑tasking as a hotel operator, carrying out concierge duties, and supporting the front‑of‑house, kitchen and housekeeping teams.
