We're recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor
We are seeking a passionate Catering Supervisor with a commitment to exceptional food and world-class customer service. This role involves confidently overseeing all catering and service operations for a major High Street brand within Compass Group UK&I, on a part-time basis, contracted for 20 hours per week.
As a Catering Supervisor, you will ensure our kitchens and service counters operate smoothly and help deliver outstanding food experiences. Key Responsibilities
* Preparing delicious food to the highest standards
* Supervising culinary and catering teams to ensure impeccable food and customer service
* Communicating regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets
* Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
* Liaising between customers and teams to exceed expectations
* Supporting and training teams, leading from the front to enable excellence
* Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards for compliance
Ideal Candidate
* Passionate about great-tasting food and customer service
* Minimum of two years catering experience
* Experience managing teams in similar roles
* Basic Food Hygiene certificate
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ambitious and motivated to upskill
