Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced, proactive and hands-on Senior Marketing Executive to join our UK marketing team to support and deliver a wide spectrum of marketing activities for Paragon ID with particular focus on its subsidiary RFiD Discovery ). This is a varied and practical role, ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution and is comfortable working across digital, content, CRM and events.
You will play a key role in developing digital presence particularly through SEO/AEO improvements, improving lead generation and supporting sales activity to drive business growth, while ensuring our marketing systems and reporting are robust and effective.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Content
· Create new website, social media and other content including product information, blogs, news and case studies
· Improve existing website content to increase lead generation through SEO, AEO and AI-influenced search optimisation
· Create video content from initial script to filming, photography and basic in-house editing
· Work with external designers on more complex video or design projects
CRM & Lead Management
· Manage the ongoing optimisation of HubSpot CRM, including data quality checks, reporting, internal user support and workflow set up
· Manage website enquiries and monitor follow-up activity to ensure timely responses in collaboration with the sales team
· Carry out email marketing campaigns
Events & Sales Support
· Organise and support company exhibition stands and customer events
· Create product brochures and case studies using InDesign
· Develop effective PowerPoint presentations for sales and internal use
· Update SharePoint portal with latest marketing materials
Other responsibilities
· Monitor marketing and sales KPIs and produce monthly marketing reports to track performance
· Support global reseller partners with marketing materials and joint initiatives
About You
You are an energetic, highly organised self-starter who can juggle multiple projects and deadlines and is comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels.
With a keen eye for design and excellent written and verbal communication skills, you understand how to leverage digital marketing channels to generate leads.
We are looking for:
· Minimum of 3+ years B2B marketing experience, ideally with a marketing related degree or other relevant qualification
· Experience of configuring and using a CRM system (ideally HubSpot)
· Proven hands-on SEO and website content generation experience aligned with current SEO best practice and AI-influenced search behaviour
· Great working knowledge of graphic design, preferably with experience using Adobe InDesign and Photoshop and Canva
· Solid knowledge of MS Office in particular PowerPoint
· Experience of marketing a technical product or solution an advantage
· Native proficiency in French desirable
