About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive, organised and people-focused Digital Marketing & CRM Executive to support the day-to-day delivery of marketing activity across our UK gym locations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple channels, takes ownership of execution, and understands that marketing in a multi-site fitness business requires a tailored approach, as no two sites are the same. This will involve managing campaigns across paid social, email, SMS, spearheading SEO, optimising website content, and managing member communications and online reviews.
About You
* 3+ years’ proven experience in digital marketing
* Hands-on experience with paid social, email marketing, and CMS management, including campaign strategy
* Strong technical SEO and local search experience, GEO experience preferable
* Exceptional written communication, attention to detail and analytical skills
* Highly organised, proactive, and confident owning projects end-to-end, managing multiple priorities in a growing business
* Enjoy owning marketing campaigns end-to-end
* Passion for fitness and experience marketing in the sector is desirable but not essential
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Delivery (Paid Social, Email, SMS)
* Proven track record delivering paid social performance independently
* Build, launch and optimise campaigns for lead gen/promotions using structured A/B testing and budget control
* Manage and optimise email and SMS campaigns to improve conversion and retention, including both automations and blasts
* Track and report on key performance metrics, sharing insights to improve results
* Ensure messaging is consistent across channels and aligned with brand tone
SEO (Search, Local SEO, GEO)
* Proven ability to lead SEO strategy and execution independently
* Drive local SEO (GBP optimisation, local landing pages, reviews, location rankings)
* Use SEMRush for keyword research, competitor analysis and website content planning
* Own technical SEO fundamentals (crawlability, indexing, internal linking, core web vitals, search control fixes)
* Spearheading GEO techniques, shaping how Lifestyle Fitness appears in AI search
Website & CMS Management
* Review web pages consistently, proactively identifying opportunities to improve UX, engagement, and design
* Provide strategic recommendations for content, layout and functionality
* Maintain and update website content via the CMS (club pages, offers, FAQs, landing pages), ensuring it is accurate, optimised and brand-focused
* Coordinate with developers to ensure improvements are implemented efficiently
Member Communications and Reviews
* Respond to online reviews on Google and Trustpilot with professionalism
* Work alongside Club Managers to handle member enquiries and provide solutions
