Overview
Were seeking a proactive and organised Administrator to join a busy and friendly team based in Shaftesbury. This is a temporary position for approximately 3 months, offering a varied workload and the opportunity to support several key business functions.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide general administrative support to the wider office team.
* Assist with purchase ledger duties, including processing invoices and reconciling supplier statements.
* Support fleet administration maintaining records, scheduling servicing, and ensuring compliance documentation is up to date.
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence.
* Update and maintain accurate records and databases.
* Assist with ad-hoc office tasks and projects as required.
About You
* Previous experience in an administrative role (ideally with some finance or purchase ledger exposure).
* Good attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
* Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional manner.
* Confident using Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Outlook).
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.

* This is a temporary assignment for approximately 3 months.
* Full-time, office-based role (40 hours per week).
* £12.60 per hour, paid weekly.
