We are supporting a Not‑for‑Profit organisation in Yorkshire seeking an Interim Procurement Manager to lead complex procurements and contract activity during a care‑service transition. You will deliver a light‑touch but compliant market approach, manage full end‑to‑end procurements, review existing contracts, and lead market engagement, tender development, evaluation and award.

Description
Key responsibilities include:
Deliver procurement strategies and full tender processes from market engagement through to award.
Ensure all activity is proportionate, transparent, and aligned with relevant regulations.
Review all existing contracts, identifying where renegotiation, variation or transition is needed.
Produce tender packs, evaluation criteria and procurement documentation.
Work with internal teams to maintain service continuity and support staff stability.
Provide commercial guidance and support mobilisation and handover to new providers.
Profile
A successful Interim Procurement Manager should have:
Strong procurement experience in regulated or care‑related environments.
Solid understanding of public procurement rules and compliant processes.
Experience managing complex service transitions and contract reviews.
Clear communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
Calm, structured and people‑centred in approach.
Job Offer
Competitive daily rate of £450 - £500 per day inside IR35.
3 month contract with potential to be extended.
Based in Yorkshire with hybrid working pattern
