The Senior Pricing Analyst will play a pivotal role in advancing the company's strategic objectives by enhancing their pricing and commercial capabilities.
This role will support the Commercial Team and Proposition Team through proactive development and execution of the Company’s strategy.
The role will support pricing, modelling, and reporting initiatives with a commercial focus; helping the Company to sustainably grow and develop competitive advantage.
Principal Accountabilities:
Support the development and delivery of the commercial roadmap and reporting capabilities
Help build pricing capability utilising market insight and actuarial modelling to optimise their price position and understand price elasticity
Review and develop pricing assumptions & models to support current products and new developments
Investigate and assess the impacts of proposition and business changes
Developing and maintaining accurate, relevant, and timely management information packs and reporting
Additional Responsibilities and Duties:
Support the commercial and proposition team with key objectives and initiatives
Play a leading role on projects to implement product changes and new developments
Support the delivery of experience reviews
Collaborate with Compliance and Risk team to monitor product performance and ensure governance standards are met
Provide analytical and operational support for the Company’s reinsurance arrangements
Participation in process improvement reviews across teams

Skills & Qualifications:
Part-qualified Actuary with clear progress through Actuarial exams
Experience in a pricing role beneficial
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Strong IT skills, including advanced Excel (with VBA), Word, and preferably SQL, Python, Power BI, or actuarial modelling software
